 Vote for End Hunger in Calvert County!

End Hunger in Calvert County, one of the longest-standing members of the Partnership to End Childhood Hunger in Maryland, is up for a $20,000 grant from Walmart to support their food pantry, Chesapeake Cares.  They are the only MD food pantry that is a finalist in the competition, and they actually hosted Governor O’Malley last year when they held a “Food for Furlough” event during the federal government shutdown.

Voting occurs between NOW and DECEMBER 12th and will determine which 75 pantries receive the grant.  Please encourage your followers to vote for Chesapeake Cares!
