In IOS, download the Periscope app and connect it to your official state Twitter account. With this app, you can now broadcast your next event or news conference live from your smart phone. Give it a try and then share your experience with other state social media managers through Social Media Monday.

Instagram rolls out Layout

Have you been frustrated by the limitations of Instagram? Now you can post multi-image posts using their new photo-collage app aptly named Layout. Download the app and connect it to your Instagram account and then use the drag and drop feature along with the images from your camera roll to add multiple images to a single post.
